CentracUSA, Inc. was established in 1990 primarily as a development company to provide building solutions to both private and public customers.  In April 2002, the company was reorganized and expanded by incorporating professionals and firms in the various disciplines of Architecture, Engineering, Financing, Cost and Time Management, and Project Management.  The new structure created a network across local and international boundaries with subsidiary companies in South Africa, Jamaica and Botswana.
